Due to high demand on our products and since they are partly handcrafted it takes a bit longer for our products to arrive than usual. Overall a package takes around 7-21 days to arrive to you.
We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive. Please note, that items from the same collection always comes together!
You can track it under the 'Track Order' tab with the number provided. You can also track your order with your email address if you don't know your order number!
Most of our products have real, natural gemstones in them. However, the products listed in "Deals - Everything 9$" promotion, do not contain real gems.
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, France, Finland, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Luxembourg, India.
You can return your item (we will cover your shipping costs within the United Kingdom) for 30 days after you received it. As soon as we receive the item, we will make a full refund to you.
Most of our rings are adjustable so they can be adjusted to your size. However, if the ring you bought is not adjustable contact us for a free replacement.

Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Gemiris itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves. Alternatively you can make payment through our additional payment provider Paypal.
